Pastoral Recommendation
I am writing to commend Sister Pam Drout to you as a missionary candidate for the country of Peru. I have had the privilege of being Pam’s pastor for over fourteen years. Pam has shown herself to be one of the finest and most faithful Christians with whom I have ever been associated. Her love and loyalty to our Lord Jesus Christ is unquestioned. She has a servant’s heart and an unblemished record of steadfastness to God’s church and God’s people. She is modest and moderate in her lifestyle and lives a separated life from the world. Pam has tremendous abilities in teaching, administration, and organization, and is extremely efficient and effective in all that she puts her and to do. Having a soul-winner’s heart and a burden and love for children and teenagers has prepared Pam for this call of God in her life. She will be greatly missed by our church family, but we are excited for what the Lord is leading her to do in Peru.
I whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend Sister Pam to you. She will be an asset to the missions outreach of your church and I know she will bear much fruit in her labors and ministry on the foreign field. Any investment that your church family will make in Pam’s life and service to our Lord will find a great return at the Judgment Seat of Christ. Thank you for any and all consideration of this precious servant of our Lord and Savior, and may the Lord bless you in your work and labor for Him.

Ministry Employer Recommendation
It is my privilege to recommend, without reservation, Pam Drout as a candidate for mission support to Peru for the support role she intends to fill for Mike and Chelene Kennedy – a seasoned missionary family who desperately needs additional help to meet the ongoing needs in their mission.
After meeting with missionaries around the world, the one common denominator that is of great encouragement is having a skilled helper assist with the daily grind of details. Many times, the missionary’s wife is busy with the children, and at the same time, helping disciple the women of the church, working in the children’s ministries and being a support to their husband’s busy missionary schedule. Someone with Pam’s skills and abilities, with her easy-going temperament, balanced with her incredible ability to manage large projects and organize complicated tasks on-time, while working long hours without complaint, is without question one of the greatest tools and biggest blessings for a missionary or mission agency to have. I have seen Pam serve first-hand. If I had know her availability, I would have pursued her personally.
If you want to be a blessing to Mike and Chelene Kennedy, support Pam Drout! If you want to be a blessing to Pam Drout, who is following the Lord’s lead in her life to become a missionary in Peru, with full support of her pastor and local church, support Pam Drout! If you want to be a blessing to the Peruvian people, mission groups that visit regularly, and to the administrative needs of the mission, support Pam Drout! In Romans 16, it is filled with servants who assisted the Apostle Paul; many of which are women, and Paul was so thankful. Thank God for His people who are steadfastly interested in giving their lives for the Gospel. Most of us stay; but some of us go. Let’s support Pam Drout, who is on the go!
